You won’t lose them if you keep a paying subscription running, that is to say at least the minimal “Basic” plan.
Your credits will be carried forward to the next month or year (depending on your subscription).
If you switch from a paid subscription to a free subscription, you will lose your remaining credits at the end of the subscription period.
