To process a contact file with Icypeas, go on the "Bulk Search" tab (it's the default tab):
Then, select the task you want: "Domain Scan", "Email Finder" or "Email Verifier". To get more details about the differences between those tasks, click here. Here, we will assume you want to use the Email Finder.

Icypeas accepts XLSX and CSV formats. If necessary correct the columns that were not properly recognized
Then, make sure that Icypeas has correctly recognized the content of each column. If needed, use the dropdown menus to correct the columns that were not properly recognized.
If you are using the Email Finder, then you must provide a first name, a last name and a company name or a domain name for each contact.
If you are using the Domain Scan, then you must provide a company name or a domain name for each row.
If you are using the Email Verifier, then you must provide an email address for each row.
Also, you can specify whether your columns have a header or not:
Finally, click "Duly noted!". Icypeas will give you an estimated time of arrival.
